How should I place an order?
Please send us a message via “Order Now”.
We will follow up via email to guide you with a detailed price quote and order process.
We have many paper samples and example designs at our shop near Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station.
If you would like to receive your business card in a more smooth and speedy manner, please directly visit us at our shop.
I would like business cards right away, but is that possible?
With the “SONOBA MEISHI” (Ultrafast Business Cards Printing service), we can provide you with business cards in about 10 minutes. You can order by either,
① Providing us with an existing card as a sample, or
② Choosing a template from our existing range of designs.
Is it possible to order by phone?
We do not offer ordering solely through the phone. In order to prevent mistakes in spelling and printing details, we always ask customers to send order information through email or messaging services. Additionally, since these are made-to-order products we ask for “advance payment”, and require prepayment through card or deposit. However, since ordering products such as business cards and seals is smoother in person, we recommend directly visiting us at our shop.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept credit card payments. We will send a link for payment via email.
Please pay through a PC or smartphone. If you order at our shop, we accept credit card payments through our cash register.
Is it possible for individuals to place orders?
GRAP is specialized at services for corporations, but we happily accept small lot orders for individuals as well.
Please feel free to order business cards starting from 20 cards, and document, postcard, and poster printing as well as design services starting from orders of even a single sheet.
Are there any volume discounts for orders by corporations (companies)?
We have “Corporate Discount Business Cards”.
GRAP has special pricing for corporations that place frequent orders. Additionally, for customers uneasy with email correspondence in Japanese, we offer end-to-end English-only ordering services. Please rest assured with our services.
Is it possible to see a sample image before printing?
At GRAP, it is possible to verify the image data prior to printing when ordering products such as business cards and flyers. However, since the verification will be through screens such as PC monitors or smartphones, there may be some variation in the coloring of the printed product. Please consider it solely as a rough reference.
Is it possible to do a test print?
We apologize, but we only offer test printing as a paid service.
Also, we require a paid service called “Color Correction Service” for digital color matching, which may also take extra time.
Do you offer consultations for printed products in terms of design or how to produce more effective sales promotion tools?
Our office offers design and sales promotion planning, and has experience with many clients. We will assist in enlivening your company’s business as a one-stop shop for DM shipping, flyer proliferation, and WEB advertisements.
